what's going on about the life of the homeless

I can't understand why I can see the homeless sitting on the floor and just living this way for their lives in the urban.
When people go to work or do something in their lives, everyone can just see the homeless there near by their living environment.
Why don't the community do something to the homeless with their place in a better life?
Or is the way that the homeless live for wainting nothing and lose their mind as they are lost in the road?
To me, I will become the only one who don't give up myself when the whole world give up me. And I also want to be the style of homeless for seeking any kind of possibility as I have the value to get the right place for a better life. I am the homeless with the social position which makes me to find the real meaning and life environment , but my mind has the home which is just there in the futchure. Or I am homeless to feel the different home style with the whole world as I am an earthman who live with the heart.
But how can we do when the social standard makes lots of people becoming the homeless or the mindless?
Maybe it's the question which we should think about the soical standard and our life value for a balance and more possibility.
