chabge , we think the past in another way as there's no new idea

we do have time to change when we really think different.
but we don't have to think about new approach with the same thing as we never have enough time to do the same thing better
we can have the resources with the new plan but we also waste the resources with the last plan at the same time as we just have the old system to have the resources.


how can we work together more with the whole resources system which we can build the order system , then people can have their resources in the right time which is also good to them
