That is, Urban Kitchen is the place where people can find multiculture.
Each restaurant, each coffee shop, each food store are all kind of urban kitchen for people, for urban, for culture environment.
How to find a great chief within the mind of the protectting environment mind as an inter designer is the basic mission.
The purpose of Urban Kitchen is to build value chain of life style which presents how people get their values within food culture.
