After I read Max Ducos's work, I would like to make the connection beteen music and painting.
Then my friend, a Pianist, she told me about Claude Achille Debussy who "is" a great musician for children. Then she gave me his introduction from 安川加壽子。
Debussy created a new style of music and started the development of Impressionism.
From 1888-1890, he made lots of great music " Children's Corner" for children but also for adult's world, such as "Doctor Gradus ad Parnassum", "Jimbo's Lullaby", "Serenade for the Doll", " The snow is dancing", "The little Shepherd", " Golliwog's Cake Walk".
I just wonder how many children can really have time to enojoy the situation which music described now?
If children can have more time to stay with the situation ( watching the snow dancing, and thinking about where sun, birds, flowers are? / how Golliwog dance .....), children will have more imagenation with their mind. Maybe children will have more chances to find themseles and their life values when they grow up and work in the society.
