Urban Kitchen project & Belgian Beers

There are lots of Belgian Beers in Taiwan. We may say Belgian Beers are kind of argicultural with different material of fruits. That's the reason why HowMind Letter Lab. select Belgian Beers as the project of urban kitcen.

We may follow the book "王鵬(Paul Peng Wang)《比利時啤酒》(Belgian Beers)(2008) and look around the shops or restaurantss in Taipei. Or if you have another suggesions about Belgian Beers, please tell us. ( if the book which you introduce is Dutch published, we may hold different way to do this program.)

If you want to join the project, please introduce yourself and the store which you love to go.

We hope we can find the magic of chemistry and the heart of people who took time to find the great taste when they made these beers. Because we do have chance to find our feeling when we taste different flavor of Belgian Beers. Even we can find how we think about Belgian Beers to understand how we use words to explain our taste for finding the similiar way of how we live. Because we do not know how to find right words to tell everything. We hope we can feel life when we drink Belgian Beers.
